BLOOM: An Invitation to Becoming is operated by Karyn Afari. By using BLOOM or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Eligibility
BLOOM is intended for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Let us know through the BLOOM Support page if you believe your account has been misused.
Appropriate use
Use BLOOM respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to access other members' information, interfere with or disrupt the service, or use automated tools to scrape or copy content.
BLOOM content and intellectual property
The BLOOM name, framework, book, writing, prompts, assessments, exercises, audio, images, design and related materials belong to Karyn Afari and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use BLOOM content for your own personal, noncommercial reflection. Unless you have written permission, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, republish, modify, or create competing materials from protected BLOOM content.
Your responses
The personal responses you write — Workbook answers, reflections and Quiz responses — remain yours. You give BLOOM only the limited permission needed to store, process, display back to you, let you download, and delete them.
Purpose of BLOOM
BLOOM provides educational, faith-based, reflective and personal-development information. It is not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please seek qualified professional support when appropriate.
Participation does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, professional, financial, health or other outcome. You use the information and exercises according to your own judgment.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. Any future paid offerings will have their own terms shown at the time of purchase.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse BLOOM or violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Third-party links and platforms
BLOOM links to websites and platforms we do not control, such as community or sign-in providers. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLOOM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karyn Afari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or opportunity, arising from your use of BLOOM. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
