Permission to Explore Who You Are Becoming
Many of us were taught to be certain before we move. To have the plan, the timeline, and the guarantee before taking a single step. But becoming rarely arrives fully explained.
Sometimes the most faithful thing you can do is give yourself permission to explore.
Exploration is not abandonment
Exploring does not mean discarding the life you’ve built. It is not dissatisfaction disguised as growth, nor permission to reinvent yourself every time something becomes uncomfortable. It is the humble willingness to try, notice, and learn.
Sometimes becoming looks like developing a capacity that has been present but underused.
Curiosity is a spiritual posture
Curiosity keeps your heart open. It lets you ask, “What if?” without demanding an immediate answer. It allows you to take a class, have a conversation, or try a small experiment — and treat what you learn as information, not judgment.
Small experiments, honest notes
Choose one small thing that has been tugging at you. Try it once this month. Afterward, ask: What came alive in me? What felt forced? What do I want to learn more about?
You are allowed to explore without already knowing the destination. That freedom is part of the becoming.
